We are Soncha & Carrington, a mother-daughter duo behind Vintage Garden Tablescape Co.
Our shared love for thrifting, antiquing, decorating, and creating beautiful spaces has always been something that brings us together. We're both Purdue graduates, and while our professional backgrounds are different, our love for creativity and bringing people together has always been something we share.
Soncha, the mother of the duo, has always had a passion for entertaining, event planning, and creating beautiful gatherings. After graduating from Purdue, she began a career in Photography, where she developed an eye for composition, details, and creating beautiful imagery. That love for visual details naturally carried over into a passion for decorating, parties, and hosting.
Carrington, the daughter, is a recent Purdue graduate in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is also a Solo Esthetician and owner of SkinByCarrington. While skincare is her profession, she has always loved the creative side of decorating, styling, and, especially, spending time thrifting and antiquing with her mom.
Together, we bring two different perspectives to the table, but share the same love for finding beautiful pieces and creating spaces that feel personal, thoughtful, and memorable.
Vintage Garden Tablescape Co. is a reflection of something we've always loved doing together, now shared with others.
Our Passion Behind the Project
Vintage Garden Tablescape Co. started with a wedding, but quickly became about so much more.
While planning Carrington's formal garden party wedding, we spent more than a year thrifting, antiquing, and searching for hundreds of unique pieces to create the tablescape we envisioned.
What started as wedding planning became one of our favorite things to do together. We loved the entire process: finding something beautiful, imagining how it could be styled, mixing different patterns and textures, and watching a collection of individual pieces come together.
After the wedding, we realized we had something we truly loved and wanted to share it with other people.
This is what inspired Vintage Garden Tablescape Co.
We created our collection for people who want their events to feel personal and thoughtfully styled rather than pulled from a standard rental catalog. Our pieces are meant to be mixed, matched, and made your own.
